We have two big dogs that shed like crazy so there was a ton of hair all over the car, and the seats were stained up. The hair is gone, and I swear the seats look better than they did when we bought the car three years ago. He was so great to work with. He was so communicative and promptly on time. He even had me look at a couple things as he was cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. It is very clear that he enjoys what he does, and has amazing attention to detail.
